Updated UI to HomeScene

Friday, January 29th, 2010

In the midst of everything else I’m working on right now (iPhone App….still about a week out), I’m going to give HomeScene a large user interface upgrade. This will clean up things, and hopefully make it a much better, and more useable product.

Flyer Issues

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

For some reason, it looks as if the MLS has stopped publishing the Latitudes and Longitudes for the newest listings. This could cause some problems while I look into the issue.

Server Moving – Technical Issues

Saturday, January 23rd, 2010

Thursday or Friday, I’m going to start the process of moving the server that level10realty.com is on to a new server. During that process (up to 48 hours) you may experience some strange issues, or may not be able to find the site. If you do have issues, please try again later.

Thanks!

Even More Great Photos…

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

I really don’t actively look for these….it’s just hard not to miss. Ever notice how you can tell how crappy all of the interior photos are going to be by looking at the main photo? I have some good ones:

For the folks who think garages should be more of a focal point of the home:

The one freaking day we had snow:

This is actually a house…

Apparently using a scanned photo from 1987

Tripod may be a good idea for this one…

Photo? Photoshopped? Surely Not….

Tuesday, January 12th, 2010

Now, I’m not saying it is 100% photoshopped, but I could make a damn good case for it. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have any problem with “sprucing up” a photo under certain conditions, but if they were going to alter it, they could have at least added a little green!

Pay attention to the left side of the photo in the grass (or lack thereof). Notice all the identical striations in the pattern? Somebody got trigger happy with the clone tool. Also, check out the bushes on the front of the house. They look extremely unnatural. I’m almost considering dropping by to take a photo of the real one and see how different they are!

Huntsville Real Estate iPhone App > On the way

Tuesday, January 5th, 2010

Much has been going on around the site lately, getting prepared for the new year and all, and one thing you should be counting on is an iPhone app within the next month or so. There’s probably another couple of weeks worth of development left and the iPhone App approval process can take anywhere from 7-14 days. I’ll try to keep you posted.
